1. Services
YYC Screens provides professional laptop screen replacement and repair services for all major laptop brands. Services are provided based on the information given by the customer regarding the issue.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All prices provided are estimates and may change if additional repairs or parts are required. Final costs will be confirmed before work begins.
3. Payment
Payment is required before service start.. We accept cash, debit, credit, and other agreed payment methods. 2% processing Credit Card fee applied.
4. Warranty
We provide a warranty on replaced screens and installation for 3 Years against manufacturing defects or installation errors. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid spills, or misuse after repair. The 3 year Warranty is provided by our supplier, if LCD is coming from any other supplier you will be informed the warranty period.
5. Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before repair. YYC Screens is not responsible for data loss during service.
6. Liability
YYC Screens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the repair or replacement process.
7. Cancellation and Returns
Services can be canceled prior to commencement. Once a repair has started, cancellations or returns are not accepted.
8. Pickup and Delivery
Customers are responsible for timely pickup of their devices. Devices not collected within 15 Days may incur storage fees.
9. Changes to Terms
YYC Screens reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
